Job Description
Delphi Developer maintaining and enhancing existing systems with Delphi RAD Studio for remote clients. Collaborating with teams and contributing to system architecture improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing systems built with Delphi Embarcadero RAD Studio.
- Work closely with the outgoing developer during onboarding and transition.
- Collaborate with the client and team to understand business processes and system architecture.
- Learn the existing system quickly and contribute to its ongoing evolution.
Requirements:
- Delphi Software Development / Application Maintenance (Delphi 10.2 and 13.1): 4+ years
- Good English Communication skill with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
- Embarcadero RAD Studio: 1+ years
- Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts applied in real-world systems: 3+ years
- Hands-on experience with database integration, including SQL and working with relational databases in application environments: 3+ years
