Job Description
Dental Hygienist Recruiter sourcing and hiring licensed hygienists for Aspen Dental’s U.S. healthcare support network. Managing recruiting pipelines, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding for independent dental practices.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with managers to assess needs and develop recruiting plans
- Open requisitions and post job openings
- Source licensed Hygienists using recruiting and sourcing tools, methods, and social media channels
- Screen and qualify candidates and make interview recommendations
- Work with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs
- Attend job fairs as required
- Manage the candidate selection and interview process
- Manage negotiation, closing, and onboarding for candidate and new-start relations
- Travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment in a strategic, fast-paced setting
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel
- Ideal candidate resides in Central or Eastern Standard Time
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events
