Job Description
Design Consultant helping homeowners select and purchase custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters from 3 Day Blinds. Managing home visits, design recommendations, sales closing, and local referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend custom window treatments
- Create design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
- Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
- Build additional business through referrals and local networking
- Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
Requirements:
- A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions
- Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
- Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
- Flexible to work at least one weekend day
- Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally
- Backgrounds may include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing roles
- No prior design experience required; training provided
