Job Description
Freelance Designer creating digitally native campaigns across social, paid media, email, and web for Minted’s artist marketplace. Developing multidisciplinary design, motion, video, and mixed-media executions.
Responsibilities:
- Create digitally native work across social, paid media, email, web, and other digital experiences
- Work across design, motion, video, animation, photography, typography, and mixed media to bring campaigns and ideas to life
- Partner with social, copy, marketing, and production to develop platform- and audience-appropriate creative
- Translate creative direction into polished executions across formats and channels
- Bring new ideas, references, formats, and creative approaches to evolve Minted’s digital presence
- Manage multiple projects and iterate quickly in a fast-moving creative environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional design or creative experience focused on digital, social, and brand work
- Strong multidisciplinary portfolio across design, motion, video, and digital storytelling
- Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, and visual communication
- Deep familiarity with digital and social platforms and content consumption
- Strong motion and video editing capabilities across static and moving formats
- Strong point of view on design and culture, with curiosity for new creative formats, tools, and ideas
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across disciplines, and move quickly from feedback to execution
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong video editing and motion capabilities, including Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with CapCut and other tools for digitally native social content
- Fluency across current social platforms, formats, and creative best practices
- Comfort exploring new and emerging creative tools and workflows
- Experience with Airtable, Box, AIR, or similar workflow and asset management platforms is helpful but not required
Benefits:
- Compensation range of $47/hr–$87/hr depending on U.S. geographic tier
- Contract end date: 1/8/2027
