Job Description
DevOps Engineer building and automating AWS environments for AllCloud, an AI-led cloud and managed services provider. Supporting monitoring, troubleshooting, and customer cloud deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy complex cloud environments for customers using automation tools and cutting-edge technologies
- Set up, maintain, and evolve AWS cloud architecture
- Support infrastructure monitoring and alerting
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and technical issues
- Develop required automation for customers
- Assist in creating tailor-made architectures
- Deploy advanced services on the cloud
- Implement automation solutions
- Maintain a feedback loop with customers to ensure deliveries meet their needs and expectations
- Set up large-scale monitoring and logging solutions
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory
- 5+ years of professional IT experience, especially with Linux Networking and Security
- 3+ years of experience with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP
- Experience with security products including firewalls, web gateways, and proxies
- Strong experience in Linux
- Strong experience with container technologies including Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, Swarm, and Docker
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology
- Scripting abilities in at least two of Python, Go, Bash, and PowerShell
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Creative troubleshooting skills and out-of-the-box thinking
- Ability to learn various technologies and topics
- Strong foundations with Git and gitflow methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD platforms including Jenkins, CircleCI, and CodePipeline
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, and Serverless Framework
- Serverless architecture knowledge
- Experience with system monitoring platforms such as Datadog and Prometheus is advantageous
- Experience with centralized logging platforms such as ELK is advantageous
- GitOps methodology familiarity with ArgoCD and Flux is advantageous
- Information security orientation is advantageous
- AWS Certifications are advantageous
- Experience with production environments is advantageous
- AWS Security tooling and best practices, including Security Hub, AWS Config, WAF, and Shield, are advantageous
- AWS Landing Zone and multi-account strategy experience is advantageous
- CKA / CKAD certification is advantageous
