  • Run load and performance testing ahead of peak traffic and use results for scaling and capacity decisions

  • Monitor cloud spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Use AI tools, coding agents, MCPs, and automation to accelerate engineering work
  • Contribute energy, ideas, and momentum to a small product engineering team

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience
  • Strong AWS knowledge across compute, networking, storage, and identity
  • Depth in GCP or Azure is welcome
  • Infrastructure as code experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or similar
  • Comfortable with Docker and managed orchestration such as ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, Kubernetes, or similar

  • Good scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
  • Comfortable operating on Linux
  • Hands-on observability and monitoring experience with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting
  • Cloud security experience with IAM, least privilege, secrets management, credential rotation, network boundaries, and OWASP basics
  • Willingness to monitor uptime, respond to incidents, and automate incident prevention
  • Fluency with modern AI development tools and willingness to keep experimenting
  • Startup energy: ownership, speed, curiosity, and a no "that's not my job" attitude
  • Candidates must be based in India; Indian residents only

Benefits:

  • Remote work
  • Competitive pay
  • Real ownership
  • Space to experiment
  • Small team that cares about building good products without corporate theater
