Job Description
DevOps Engineer securing eMAG’s multi-cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms. Automating cloud governance, CI/CD, identity management, and production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage identity and access across AWS, GCP, TencentCloud, and on-premises environments, including permission models, cross-account trust, federation, IAM integrations, Keycloak, and secrets management.
- Define and enforce cloud governance through guardrails, organization policies, account and project structures, and preventive controls.
- Provision and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure using Terraform.
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipelines and templates for secure, scalable delivery.
- Operate and maintain on-premises and AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters for high availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement disaster recovery and high-availability strategies.
- Automate operational workflows and infrastructure management using Bash, Python, Go, or similar scripting.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Administer Linux systems supporting container and cloud environments.
- Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code and hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting using Bash, Python, Go, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or TencentCloud, including VPCs, subnets, object storage, and virtual machines.
- Hands-on experience running workloads on Kubernetes in production.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of AWS/GCP/TencentCloud IAM and multi-cloud IAM concepts, including roles, policies, cross-account trust, and federation.
- Familiarity with cloud governance primitives such as service control policies, organization policies, or equivalent guardrails.
- Practical production experience with monitoring and logging using Prometheus and Grafana or equivalents, including writing queries and building alerts.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments including GCP and TencentCloud is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud IAM and identity management at scale.
- Experience with cloud security tools such as AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, or GCP Security Command Center.
- Experience implementing cloud governance at scale.
- Familiarity with IAM solutions, particularly Keycloak.
- Experience managing clusters.
- Ability to apply secure-by-design architecture.
