Job Description
Category Manager for balance within Demant Diagnostics responsible for product strategy and innovation in a competitive market. Collaborating with global teams for impactful product decisions and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of the balance portfolio across brands and markets.
- Own the category roadmap, ensuring strong differentiation, competitive positioning, and alignment with customer needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, Commercial Excellence, and global brands to translate insights into impactful product decisions.
- Directly support growth, profitability, and innovation across the Diagnostics business.
- Play a key role in strengthening and evolving the balance category.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or a related field.
- Solid experience within the balance field.
- Several years of experience in product management, preferably within medical devices or diagnostics.
- Experience working in a global, matrix organisation would pave the way to succeed in the position, but it is not a requirement.
- A proven ability to translate customer and market insights into product strategies and decisions.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures.
