Job Description
Digital Product Manager leading the Customer Digital Identity team at Allstate. Shaping secure, scalable solutions for authentication and authorization in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate the vision and strategy for digital product/s
- Conduct market and user research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products
- Create and continuously maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Work with the Digital Product team to write & groom stories, prioritize, and manage the backlog
- Define product performance metrics & monitor product performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions
- Communicate product progress and updates to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage product budgets and resources efficiently
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve the product
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience as a Digital Product Manager
- 3 years’ experience with authentication/identity management solutions in the digital channels
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tooling
- Understanding of development processes, human centered design, UX/UI design, and Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform product decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions
