Job Description

Director growing beverage and alcohol client accounts for Ansira. Managing revenue, sales opportunities, client strategy, delivery, and account expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client success and growth across a portfolio of clients within the BevAlc Client Growth vertical
  • Manage the overall partnership between Ansira and beverage and alcohol clients
  • Manage existing scope, account planning, and delivery across the client portfolio
  • Bring together subject matter experts to drive account growth and expand Ansira’s footprint
  • Influence client strategy through industry knowledge, innovation, and thought leadership
  • Identify and deliver solutions to address client challenges and accelerate growth
  • Manage a client portfolio delivering $3M–$7M annually
  • Identify and manage the sales cycle for growth opportunities across owned accounts
  • Achieve revenue goals for accounts
  • Manage account forecasting, scoping/billing, and revenue recognition
  • Identify and convert growth opportunities aligned with revenue growth goals
  • Understand clients’ businesses, industry context, competitive position, and Ansira’s impact
  • Lead Ansira teams to identify, pitch, and convert sales opportunities
  • Ensure portfolio teams understand client goals and meet or exceed expectations
  • Participate in internal and external ideation and brainstorming sessions
  • Leverage Ansira competency-area delivery knowledge to support clients’ digital transformation agendas
  • Help ensure the right team is in place to meet client account growth goals
  • Escalate project and ongoing-work red flags to senior leadership and subject matter experts and develop resolution plans
  • Gather information for marketing proposals and internal and external presentations
  • Manage monthly billing procedures, communicate budget variances, close gaps, and manage accounts receivable for past-due accounts
  • Travel for in-person client visits, including key initiatives, business reviews, and planning

Requirements:

  • 20–25% travel availability
  • Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or account management roles within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
  • A “confident leader”; comfortable speaking from a position of knowledge with clients and industry leaders
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Experience in consultative selling and/or delivering marketing solutions for enterprise brands
  • Proven track record in cultivating senior client relationships
  • Track record of growing accounts and supporting new business
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills, multitask, maintain attention to detail, and stay organized
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Fast-paced, multitasking, assertive, adaptable, solution-oriented, and resolution-focused
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, fellow team members, and internal clients with a high degree of professionalism
