Job Description
Director of AI Transformation leading enterprise AI initiatives at Cint to drive operational change and measurable business value. Collaborating with global teams to optimize AI workflows and governance frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise AI transformation agenda
- Own and maintain Cint’s enterprise AI transformation strategy and roadmap
- Manage the enterprise AI transformation portfolio
- Ensure AI transformation work has clear outcomes
- Own the executive narrative for enterprise AI transformation
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience driving large-scale tech or operational transformations
- Experience in AI-native companies
- High Literacy Mandatory: deep understanding of how AI works and its terminology
- Hands-on experience with AI
- Ability to partner with technical leaders
- Comfort in undefined, evolving space
- Ability to navigate organizational resistance
- Strong judgment and exceptional communication skills
