Job Description

Director shaping Halborn’s cybersecurity and digital-asset solution portfolio. Translating customer and market insights into product priorities, GTM launches and field enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the market-facing definition, positioning, packaging and continuous evolution of Halborn's portfolio across Halborn ONE, cybersecurity services and technology-enabled advisory offerings
  • Define target customers, use cases, value propositions, business outcomes, naming, positioning, packaging and messaging
  • Identify opportunities to transform traditional services into repeatable, scalable, technology-enabled solutions
  • Conduct structured discovery with strategic customers, prospects and partners
  • Capture customer requirements, unmet needs, objections and buying criteria, translating recurring patterns into product and solution requirements
  • Establish feedback loops with Sales, Customer Success and Advisory; track adoption, customer value and emerging demand
  • Partner with Halborn Lab to shape the Halborn ONE and related modules roadmap
  • Translate customer and field requirements into prioritized roadmap inputs and assess new modules for market relevance, differentiation and revenue potential
  • Develop and improve solution briefs, product presentations, executive positioning, use-case narratives, case studies, sales plays, discovery guides, proposal content, FAQs and objection handling
  • Own go-to-market readiness, launch plans, field materials, training and certification for new products, modules and solutions
  • Track competitors, positioning, pricing and go-to-market models; maintain battlecards and win/loss insights
  • Monitor banking, capital markets, custody, tokenization, stablecoins and DLT infrastructure developments
  • Own recurring solution education and structured learning paths for GTM teams
  • Develop the GTM Center Learning & Development component with Halborn Lab and HR, including role-based learning, assessments, certifications, recertification, gamification and onboarding curricula
  • Act as a senior solution resource for strategically important opportunities, supporting discovery, solution design and executive communication
  • Report and collaborate across SVP GTM, Halborn Lab, Advisory, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, HR and Executive Leadership
  • Drive KPIs including solution adoption, revenue contribution, cross-sell, win rates, launch quality, certification completion, new-hire productivity and customer-feedback incorporation into roadmap priorities

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, financial services, enterprise software, fintech or digital assets
  • Strong knowledge of the financial-services ecosystem, ideally including banking, capital markets, custody, FMIs, asset management or payments
  • Strong understanding of DLT and digital-asset technologies, including blockchain architectures, tokenization, stablecoins, custody, smart contracts and associated security models
  • Experience in field product management, product management, product marketing, solution management or sales enablement
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for senior customers and sales teams
  • Experience creating customer-facing product material and structured learning/certification programs
  • Ability to operate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Advisory and HR in a fast-moving environment
  • Cybersecurity expertise within financial services or digital assets would be a strong advantage
  • Customer-focused, commercially minded, market aware, technically credible, structured, a strong storyteller and teacher, and highly hands-on
