Job Description
Director of Global Operations overseeing operational effectiveness and AI transformation efforts in global health organization. Leading cross-functional initiatives and managing diverse teams across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Set the direction for CHAI’s internal AI transformation
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional operational initiatives
- Identify and drive process improvements across CHAI's internal operations
- Provide executive oversight of CHAI’s global safety and security function
- Build and oversee an effective knowledge management system
- Lead a Global Operations team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong operational generalist background
- Genuine working knowledge of AI tools
- Demonstrated experience leading change management or organizational transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Willingness to travel internationally, up to 30% annually
