Job Description
Senior leader driving growth of group and individual insurance at Blue Cross Life. Lead strategy and develop partnerships to optimize market performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth strategy for group and individual insurance lines
- Develop and launch new products
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities
- Build and optimize distribution partnerships
- Provide market intelligence and performance analysis
- Ensure initiatives align with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in group insurance within the Canadian market
- 10+ years of progressive experience in insurance, including leadership roles focused on growth, distribution, or commercial strategy
- Life license (LLQP) or willingness to obtain
- English written and verbal skills required; bilingualism (ENG/FR) is considered an asset
