Job Description
Director / VP of Marketing leading global marketing strategy for hospitality technology company Stayntouch. Focus is on driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Own brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline acceleration
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align marketing with revenue and retention goals
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI optimization
- Build and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine across digital, email, paid/organic, ABM, content, partner, and field channels
- Own pipeline creation, lead generation, conversion metrics, and marketing-sourced revenue contribution
- Build and manage a revised MQL to SQL strategy and process
- Optimize website growth strategy, SEO, conversion paths, and digital presence
- Oversee marketing automation and campaign execution through HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools
- Lead strategy and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer events, sponsorships, hosted experiences, podcasts, and partner campaigns
- Manage all operational logistics including vendors, timelines, budgets, swag, booth planning, and ROI analysis
- Shape and strengthen Stayntouch’s brand positioning, messaging, and market presence
- Lead content strategy across website, PR, social media, sales enablement, customer stories, and thought leadership
- Build and optimize a modern marketing technology stack including CRM, automation, analytics, and reporting systems
- Leverage AI platforms to improve content creation, campaign performance, personalization, and operational workflows
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to keep Stayntouch at the forefront of marketing innovation
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
- Proven success building and scaling marketing strategy and hands-on execution in SaaS, hospitality technology, or high-growth technology environments
- Strong experience marketing to hoteliers, hotel operators, ownership groups, or hospitality organizations
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue acceleration
- Expertise in: HubSpot Salesforce Marketing automation platforms AI marketing tools SEO and website growth ABM and lead generation Event management and logistics PR and communications Brand strategy
- Strong budgeting, KPI development, analytics, and ROI management experience
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable operating strategically and tactically in a lean, fast-moving environment
