Job Description
Director of AI Product & Solutions leading and architecting AI services for Fueled. Driving product strategy, building teams, and mentoring for success in AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a hands-on technical builder
- Drive product strategy and commercial success
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team
- Enable sales and craft compelling assets
- Champion and evangelize AI innovation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product/engineering leadership within SaaS, AI, or platform environments
- Strong, hands-on software engineering, data, and system design skills
- Deep practical expertise in coding AI, ML, data products, or technical solution architecture
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and player/coach attitude
