Job Description
Strategy Director leading complex Analytics and AI strategy engagements for clients at Aimpoint Digital. Acting as a trusted advisor and overseeing deliverables while coaching teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large, complex Analytics and AI strategy engagements
- Serve as a senior trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Guide clients through structured assessments of current-state analytics and AI maturity
- Lead executive workshops, briefings, and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Oversee the development of strategy deliverables
- Coach and develop consultants, engagement managers, and other team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or quantitative field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, digital, or AI strategy roles, ideally in a client-facing consulting environment
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and value-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to lead business development activities
