Job Description
Director of AI & Systems Architecture at AllView, building transforming AI systems for the real estate industry. Collaborating directly with the CEO to architect and deploy innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems
- Identify opportunities and architect solutions with the CEO
- Automate lease renewals, build communication systems, and develop market rent analysis intelligence
- Deploy AI maintenance triage and voice AI intake systems
- Build internal AI assistants and engineer CRM automation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development capability
- Strong production AI implementation experience
- API integration experience
- Cloud infrastructure experience
- Ability to translate operational problems into technical solutions
- Ability to show real examples of AI systems built and automations deployed
- Preferred: experience in real estate, property management, construction, or startups
- Familiarity with EOS and experience leading technical teams
