Job Description
Business transformation director diagnosing organizational issues, redesigning operations, and driving implementation. Leading client discovery, business development, and growth toward General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose organizational reality across people, process, and technology
- Design or redesign structures, workflows, and management systems
- Turn approved direction into real plans with owners, dependencies, and evidence of results
- Coordinate implementation and training and verify it worked
- Lead client discovery and translate client needs into the right engagement
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and closing new business
- Challenge executives, including the CEO, constructively when the evidence calls for it
Requirements:
- Significant leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, transformation, consulting, or general management
- Track record of moving initiatives through implementation and adoption — not just recommending change
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Real sales or business development experience
- Advanced, practical use of AI and technology-enabled workflows
- Experience commercializing or productizing a service
- History of leading cross-functional teams through resistance and change
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated capability
