Job Description
Director of Engineering in TTEC Digital leading engineering teams in remote work. Focusing on delivery in developing AI customer experience tools for major brands.
Responsibilities:
- Run the engineering org day-to-day
- Own delivery across all squads
- Handle the hiring pipeline
- Translate business requirements into technical scope
- Manage cross-squad dependencies and the engineering operating rhythm
- Drive timely escalations for blocked work
Requirements:
- 10+ years engineering leadership in SaaS or platform companies
- Delivery-first track record
- Hands-on enough to read Go, Python, and TypeScript
- Strong working knowledge of the modern AI stack
- Captures business requirements and translates them into technical needs
- Change is your default state
- Loves hiring and possesses strong judgment in candidate evaluation
- Drives AI-assisted engineering across the org
