Job Description
Director of Research and Development refining R&D infrastructure at AERDF. Leading strategic systems for student success and collaboration across diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization’s R&D infrastructure and build systems for student success
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Establish project management systems to track processes across multiple teams
- Optimize department workflows to align with strategic goals
- Develop and lead operational processes across complex R&D programs
- Write reports documenting perspectives across the education R&D ecosystem
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Research and Development (R&D) management
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and work in dynamic environments
- Strong project and program management skills
- Expertise in advanced research methodologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of data security best practices for high-risk research environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities
