Job Description
Director of Product Management at Bamboo Health leading AI product strategy and roadmap. Focused on improving patient engagement and experiences after hospital discharge through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the agentic AI experience
- Drive continuous improvement of AI agent performance
- Partner with engineering, data science, and clinical stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements
- Collaborate with the BIH human-in-the-loop team to ensure seamless handoff between AI-led and human-led workflows
- Lead, coach, and develop a Product Manager and Product Owner
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- 5+ years in healthcare
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear prioritization, PRDs, and user stories
- Experience leading and developing product teams
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
