Job Description
Director of Quality Assurance leading teams in Member and Provider Services at Centene. Focusing on service quality improvement and compliance across customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead monitoring teams in Member and Provider Services (MPS)
- Focus contact center quality program on outcomes and statistical significance
- Oversee systems and processes to alleviate service quality issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define and improve service quality
- Review key performance indicator (KPI) metrics
- Develop strategy for onboarding, hiring, and training new employees
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of related experience
- Prior management experience preferred
- 4+ years of management experience preferred
