Job Description

Director of Quality Assurance leading teams in Member and Provider Services at Centene. Focusing on service quality improvement and compliance across customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead monitoring teams in Member and Provider Services (MPS)
  • Focus contact center quality program on outcomes and statistical significance
  • Oversee systems and processes to alleviate service quality issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define and improve service quality
  • Review key performance indicator (KPI) metrics
  • Develop strategy for onboarding, hiring, and training new employees

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • 4+ years of management experience preferred
