Job Description
Director of R&D leading performance management and continuous improvement initiatives in biopharma. Overseeing process optimization and compliance within R&D teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive R&D performance framework
- Monitor portfolio execution performance
- Lead structured diagnostics of R&D processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across R&D
- Design and harmonize end-to-end R&D processes
Requirements:
- Advanced scientific degree in life science
- Lean six sigma black belt (mandatory)
- Project Management certification (a strong asset)
- 10+ years of experience in biopharma/biotech R&D
- Proven experience in operational excellence
- Strong track record in implementing KPIs
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into actionable plans
