Job Description

Director of Sales Analytics responsible for strategies driving profitable sales at Par Health. Collaborating with customers for mutually beneficial outcomes and managing multi-million dollar contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing strategies and implementing tactics to drive profitable sales within assigned accounts
  • Developing strong relationships, leveraging analyses and insights to influence mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Responsible for overall SKU strategy through analytical modeling and collaborating with Product Management
  • Successfully negotiating and managing profitable multi-million dollar contracts
  • Managing inventory effectively
  • Supporting all accounts on SKU strategy: Launch targets, target market share
  • Developing business plans and actively managing assigned accounts to meet and exceed sales and profit margin objectives
  • Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with key stakeholders on strategy and execution
  • Analyzing business results and staying abreast of current business trends
  • Building and sustaining relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Leading negotiations and execution of business contracts for assigned accounts
  • Managing communication and coordination for all aspects of an account’s business including supply/demand, logistics, customer service, pricing, contracts, and financial transactions
  • Working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and efficient business conduct
  • Ensuring all business is conducted with regulatory and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Highly developed negotiation skills
  • New product launch experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large multi-million dollar contracts
  • Ability to sell and manage customer relationships in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience in leveraging multiple data sets to analyze product and market trends to inform customer strategy
  • 10+ years’ experience in the generic industry with sales experience
  • Excellent analytical capabilities
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, working individually or collaboratively
  • Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with key decision makers internally and externally
  • Proven track record of sales accomplishments
  • Proficient in IQVIA, Symphony, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of product launches.
