Job Description
Director of Strategy & Insights at Vi, translating complex scientific insights into strategies for Fortune 500 biopharma clients. Leading client engagements and owning project delivery with a focus on commercial decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Own insight development end to end - from research design through executive-level client delivery
- Translate complex scientific, behavioral, and market dynamics into clear, differentiated POVs and action plans
- Serve as the primary insights lead on key biopharma client engagements
- Operate across therapeutic areas and drug modalities with confidence
- Proactively identify insight opportunities and white space for clients
Requirements:
- 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in pharma across strategy consulting, insights, medical communications, or agency
- Deep scientific literacy across disease states, MOA, and clinical data
- Strong commercial instincts and a clear understanding of how insights translate into go-to-market decisions
- Hands-on experience with claims data, intent data, primary market research, and competitive intelligence across multiple therapeutic areas
