Job Description
Director managing large-scale transformation initiatives at Solventum, focused on enabling better healthcare solutions. Collaborating with executive leaders to drive organizational change and achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee major transformation projects
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define program strategy and roadmap
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track progress and success of transformation projects
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects
- Act as a key voice for change
- Drive overall cross-functional project management of transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transformation management
- Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives
- Prior experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm is preferred, with a preference for healthcare/Medtech experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership
- Strategic Thinking
- Analytical Skills
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Knowledge and/or experience with agile/lean process preferred
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Results oriented, hands-on, and able to roll-up their sleeves to drive completion of necessary tasks
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving successful transformation initiatives
