Job Description
DocuSign CLM Developer building document workflows and Salesforce integrations. Supporting M9 Solutions’ federal government IT services and contract management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop DocuSign CLM document generation, including dynamic population of documents from Salesforce data
- Build templates, workflows, approval routing, version control, redlining, comments, and role-based permissions
- Develop and maintain Salesforce–DocuSign CLM integrations, including workflow status and approval updates
- Configure complex multi-step and parallel review/approval workflows for internal and external users
- Support document lifecycle management, including modifications, re-approval, finalization, and read-only controls
- Troubleshoot CLM configurations and integrations through testing and production deployment
Requirements:
- US Citizenship is required
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required
- Demonstrated hands-on, production-level DocuSign CLM development/configuration experience
- Strong experience with DocuSign CLM APIs, document generation, templates, workflows, and approvals
- Proven experience integrating DocuSign CLM with Salesforce
- Experience with complex approval workflows and role-based access
- Federal/government and Section 508 experience is a plus
