Job Description
Dutch-speaking customer support for bol.com, a leading Netherlands-Belgium e-commerce platform. Fully remote from Portugal with rotating shifts and relocation support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Work fully remotely from anywhere in Portugal
- Work Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts
- Complete paid training
- Support customers in a customer-facing role
Requirements:
- Fluent/native-level Dutch
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- Available for full-time work and rotating shifts
- EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal
- Updated CV in English
- Willingness to work Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts
- Ability to work 40 hours/week
