Job Description
Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative assisting international customers via phone, chat, and email. Remote role in Greece with relocation support, training, and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and/or email
- Assist with general, account, product, or technical inquiries
- Resolve customer issues
- Provide a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- C1 Dutch
- B2+ English
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for selected projects
- Updated CV in English
