Job Description
Dynamics 365 consultant enhancing Microsoft platforms for Enabled Energy, a sustainable data center infrastructure firm. Configuring Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, automation, and governed AI workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales across leads, opportunities, quotes, forecasting, sales sequences, sales accelerator, and sales insights
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys, including real-time journeys, forms, triggers, segments, and multi-channel engagement
- Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data, including unified profiles, segments, measures, and enrichment logic
- Gather and document requirements, prepare fit-gap analyses, and translate business needs into configuration, business rules, and low-code extensions
- Build and refine model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, business rules, and custom pages
- Support LinkedIn Sales Navigator and third-party data-enrichment integrations, including field mapping, deduplication, enrichment triggers, and data-quality controls
- Own day-to-day Dataverse data-model health, including tables, columns, relationships, security roles, and business units
- Design and maintain integrations using native connectors, Power Automate, custom connectors, Graph APIs, or REST APIs
- Support duplicate detection, merge rules, enrichment cadence, and audit logging
- Build governed Copilot Studio agents and AI Skills operating against Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data
- Use GitHub Copilot, Power Platform Skills, and Dataverse Skills in VS Code for configuration, testing, and documentation
- Build Power Automate flows and MCP-enabled workflows across Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, and other company systems
- Follow ALM standards for solution structure, environment variables, connection references, source-controlled development, and pipeline deployment from DEV to TEST to PROD
- Use Azure DevOps for work items, backlog, and pull requests; maintain traceability to business requirements and UAT evidence
- Produce solution designs, configuration workbooks, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer artifacts
- Support UAT, user enablement, and post-release hypercare
- Translate stakeholder requirements into fit-to-standard Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Partner with Business Developers, Project Developers, and Delivery Managers on opportunity execution, pipeline visibility, and client-facing experiences
- Advise the Director of Technology Services on roadmap, prioritization, licensing, and technology decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on functional consulting and configuration/development experience across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong Dataverse skills in data modeling, security roles, business rules, and solution/ALM management
- Demonstrated experience configuring Dynamics 365 Sales, including leads, opportunities, quotes, forecasting, sales insights, and sales accelerator
- Working knowledge of Customer Insights – Journeys and/or Customer Insights – Data
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration and at least one third-party data-enrichment provider such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, Apollo, D&B, or LeadIQ
- Proficiency with Power Automate, model-driven and canvas apps, and custom connectors
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or GitHub for work-item management and source-controlled ALM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working directly with business stakeholders
- Execution-oriented approach to turning tickets, requirements, or wireframes into working, documented solutions
- Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, finance, and operations teams
- Curiosity, bias for action, and commitment to continuous learning, especially around AI-assisted development
- Values clear governance, traceability, and audit-readiness
- Comfortable operating as a contractor inside a fast-moving internal team and open to conversion to full-time
