Job Description
Dynamics 365 Developer building Power Platform and Dataverse solutions for enterprise clients. Supporting Power Pages portals, Azure integrations, customization, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and support plugins, custom workflow activities, client-side scripting, Dataverse customizations, Power Automate flows, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Platform solutions
- Participate in solution deployments and environment management
- Troubleshoot application defects and production issues
- Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dataverse and Dynamics 365
- Support web templates, page configurations, Liquid templates, JavaScript customizations, and portal security and authentication
- Improve portal performance, usability, and accessibility
- Participate in integration development and troubleshooting using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, and REST APIs
- Participate in Agile delivery teams and sprint activities
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and Senior Developers
- Provide effort estimates for development tasks
- Maintain technical documentation and deployment notes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and reusable development assets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–5 years of software development experience
- 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or Microsoft Power Platform
- Hands-on experience with C# .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration concepts
- Experience with source control and software development lifecycle processes
- Experience working within Agile project teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure preferred
- Power Pages, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines experience preferred
- Experience working for a Microsoft Partner or consulting organization preferred
- Experience supporting integrations with ERP, finance, or line-of-business systems preferred
- Qualified candidates must complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process
Benefits:
- Compensation range of $90,000 - $100,000 CAD
