Job Description
Dynamics 365 Developer II leading ERP/CRM projects and business process automation. Configuring Power Platform, Dataverse, and SharePoint solutions to improve organizational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP applications, including Business Central or Supply Chain Management
- Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline processes and automate workflows
- Administer SharePoint
- Deliver project milestones on time and maintain stakeholder communication
- Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Create business requirements, functional specifications, and process-flow documentation
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements or new solutions
- Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, and reconciliation
- Communicate system changes and outages to the CAB before implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analyst role (internships acceptable)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred: 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization
- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation
- Experience creating business rules, forms, views, and command bar extensions
- Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling, including tables, relationships, and choices
- Knowledge of CRM configuration versus customization boundaries
- Ability to provide SharePoint administration tasks
- Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools
- Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure
- Proven ability to design and implement business solutions
