Job Description

Account Manager managing a portfolio of partner agents for Study Group, achieving enrolment and profit goals while providing support and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of partner agents
  • Building and maintaining relationships with agents
  • Achieving new student enrolment and profit goals
  • Development & execution of sales account plans
  • Pipeline Management – Applicant Generation and Conversion
  • Recruiting new agents and onboarding them
  • Representing Study Group at exhibition and recruitment events
  • Providing high quality product and process training to agents
  • Monitoring competitor activity and providing market insights

Requirements:

  • Native country Speaker & Fluent in English
  • Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
  • Computer literate
  • Familiar to use CRM and data analysis tools like Sales Force, Power BI, etc…
  • Familiar with student recruitment in local market
  • Familiar with Agents in local market
  • B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of international education systems
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, e.g. Power BI
  • Cold calling experience preferred
