Job Description

Account Manager handling partner agents for Study Group; building relationships and achieving new enrolment goals. Focused on sales account plans and market insights for product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of partner agents
  • Building and maintaining relationships with agents
  • Achieving new student enrolment and profit goals
  • Developing and executing sales account plans
  • Pipeline Management – Applicant Generation and Conversion
  • Working alongside product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends
  • Managing strong partner network
  • Recruiting new agents and onboarding them
  • Representing Study Group at exhibition and recruitment events
  • Providing market insights for product development

Requirements:

  • Native country Speaker & Fluent in English
  • Customer-service orientated and consultative approach to selling
  • Computer literate
  • Comfortable in high pressure environments
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiar to use CRM and data analysis tools like Sales Force, Power BI, etc…
  • Familiar with student recruitment in local market
  • Familiar with Agents in local market
  • Able to communicate effectively and influence agents’ decision making process
  • Be knowledgeable of market demand and trends
  • B2B or Channel Sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of international education systems
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, e.g. Power BI
  • Cold calling experience preferred
