Job Description
Email Lifecycle Marketer at Formula Fig responsible for optimizing customer lifecycle automation in appointments and eCommerce. Key role in enhancing guest engagement and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, audit, and optimize Klaviyo lifecycle automations that drive appointment bookings, membership retention, and eCommerce revenue.
- Build lifecycle flows currently missing from the Formula Fig ecosystem.
- Create automated retention, re-engagement, win-back, onboarding, and cross-sell programs.
- Build and optimize appointment-focused lifecycle flows including welcome journeys, lead nurturing, booking conversion, and reactivation campaigns.
- Conduct a full audit of existing live flows to ensure proper functionality, segmentation accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Create and maintain customer segments supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Establish reporting frameworks across appointments, memberships, and eCommerce.
- Monitor flow performance, conversion rates, deliverability, and revenue attribution.
- Coordinate copy, creative, and content requirements required to launch automations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing advanced Klaviyo lifecycle programs.
- Experience with MindBody Online’s Marketing Suite.
- Proven experience developing flows, segments, campaigns, and reporting frameworks.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices and customer journey design.
- Demonstrated success improving customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle revenue.
- Experience building win-back, onboarding, renewal, cross-sell, and loyalty programs.
- Strong understanding of subscription or membership-based business models.
- Experience working with customer data, integrations, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation strategy, and attribution reporting.
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines.
