Job Description
Embedded Product Manager at OneDigital responsible for rapidly identifying opportunities and prototyping AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with business and technical teams for innovative product development.
Responsibilities:
- Embed within a business practice to understand workflows and opportunities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities
- Build and maintain lightweight roadmaps and backlogs
- Rapidly prototype solutions using AI tools
- Partner with AI builders and engineers for production-ready solutions
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive adoption of delivered solutions
Requirements:
- 2–5 years in product management, product ownership, consulting, or similar role
- Strong product instincts
- Exceptional communicator
- Experience using AI tools, including AI agents
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Ability to adapt and operate across different practice areas
