Job Description

EMEA Channel Marketing Manager driving partner demand and pipeline for NETGEAR’s networking products. Activating campaigns, MDF, communications, events, and sales alignment across regional ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive partner-led demand and pipeline growth across EMEA through targeted programmes, communications, content, and events
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the EMEA channel ecosystem, particularly the UK and Western and Northern Europe
  • Act as the regional authority on how partners influence, generate, and close demand across EMEA
  • Equip partners with content, messaging, and tools to drive demand
  • Localise and activate global partner campaigns for EMEA
  • Develop partner enablement assets, including campaign-in-a-box toolkits and partner-type-specific value propositions
  • Drive adoption of marketing programmes and optimise performance using engagement data
  • Plan, activate, and optimise regional MDF investments with Sales
  • Align channel marketing plans with regional sales priorities, focus areas, and growth targets
  • Participate in regional sales planning, QBRs, and cadence meetings as channel marketing lead
  • Coordinate partner-led activities with direct sales motions to maximise pipeline contribution
  • Own EMEA partner communications, newsletters, programme announcements, and campaign communications
  • Translate global updates, product launches, and programme changes into relevant regional communications
  • Support regional partner-programme execution, enablement, launches, and engagement
  • Identify partner coverage gaps and recommend marketing strategies to attract suitable partners
  • Track and report channel marketing performance against pipeline, MDF ROI, event, and partner-engagement KPIs
  • Use Sales and partner feedback to refine programmes
  • Share EMEA insights and best practices with global marketing teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including substantial demonstrable channel or partner marketing experience across EMEA
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem and routes to market
  • Experience with VARs, MSPs, Systems Integrators, and Distributors
  • Proven experience working with field sales teams on shared pipeline and revenue goals
  • Experience planning, executing, and measuring regional partner events and field marketing programmes
  • Hands-on experience managing or influencing MDF budgets and demonstrating ROI
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical capability with campaign and pipeline data
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Highly organised and execution-focused; comfortable operating at pace in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to travel frequently across EMEA
  • Experience in networking, hardware, AV, or broader technology sector preferred
  • Additional European language skills preferred
  • Professional marketing qualification preferred
