Job Description
Energy Efficiency Consultant at CLEAResult guiding energy teams to implement energy efficiency activities in various facilities. Providing coaching and workshops for program participants in California.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities
- Working with one or multiple clients
- Helping program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching
Requirements:
- Qualified applicants must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel
- Experience with Continuous Improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred
- Motivating and coaching plant/facility management and teams
- Guiding the development of overall continuous improvement plans
- Facilitating training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events
- Analyzing performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
- Writing reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Conducting site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
- Developing site improvement plans
- Using MS Word to create high-quality documentation following proper styles, cross-referencing, and professional layout standards
- Developing visually engaging and well-structured presentations in MS PowerPoint, applying advanced design features for clarity and impact
- Creating and customizing slide masters to ensure consistent branding and layout across all slides
- Demonstrating familiarity with formulas and graphical data representation/interpretation in Excel
