Job Description

Operations Analyst improving Franklin Energy’s multifamily home energy savings program through Excel tools, reporting, project management, and process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and deliver operations improvements involving Excel-based tools, process changes, and Information Management enhancements
  • Develop and streamline reporting and tracking tools for client and program deliverables
  • Develop project timelines, manage critical milestones, and report on project progress
  • Liaise with support departments and potentially clients to complete projects and enhancements
  • Identify automation opportunities through advanced Excel tools or Information Management development
  • Act as the point person for process, technology, and tool enhancements
  • Plan training, process changes, and reporting capabilities resulting from program enhancements
  • Support rollout of new tools and program features, including development, testing, and training
  • Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities through system and process advancements
  • Manage program reporting needs, including invoicing, data entry validations, and troubleshooting
  • Train additional staff on reporting capabilities

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of previous customer service/sales/office experience required
  • 2 years of report design and development
  • 1–2 years in client facing project management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and able to prioritize workload
  • Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong data entry skills in tracking systems/databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers, clients and employees
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios
