Job Description
Enterprise sales executive selling SailPoint identity security solutions in France. Building territory plans, leading partner teams, and driving full-cycle revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Sell SailPoint's Identity Security Solution
- Qualify opportunities through first engagements and discovery calls
- Present SailPoint's value proposition and competitive advantages
- Lead virtual cross-functional teams to deliver sales wins and customer success
- Create territory, account, and opportunity plans
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota goals
- Address customer and partner inquiries with accurate, tailored solutions
- Engage strategically with customers and business partners
- Collaborate with marketing to execute plans through partners and end users
- Pursue leads and maintain accurate internal systems
- Lead technical resources in product demonstrations
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with post-sale teams to identify ongoing opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle, including qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing
- Develop deep territory knowledge of customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors
- Manage discussions across business and technical stakeholder levels
- Maintain accurate forecasts and Salesforce hygiene
- Establish customer, partner, marketing, channel, pipeline, and go-to-market plans during the first six months
- Lead an operating cadence with the virtual team and complete SailPoint enablement badges
Requirements:
- Skilled communicator in first engagements and discovery calls, analyzing prospects' needs to qualify opportunities
- Highly proficient in understanding and presenting SailPoint solutions and comparing them with Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
- Ability to provide a superior customer experience and competitively position solutions and partner services
- Ability to lead virtual teams including partner resources, presales, partner management, deal desk, professional services, BVA, and customer success
- Ability to create territory and opportunity plans
- Ability to exceed quarterly and annual revenue quota goals
- Ability to develop business plans aligned with the assigned territory
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, partners, and end users
- Ability to use channel management and reporting tools, including Salesforce and Clari
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
- Willingness to travel approximately 50 percent yearly
