Job Description

ERP-Administrator oder Consultant für deutsche Kunden. Betreuung, Customizing und Digitalisierung von ERP-Systemen sowie Mitwirkung an Einführungs- und Optimierungsprojekten.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, support, and further develop ERP systems
  • Analyze, optimize, and digitize existing business processes
  • Configure and customize ERP applications according to the requirements of business departments
  • Support and advise users in areas such as sales, procurement, logistics, production, finance, and human resources
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical or system-based solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and support users with questions and system incidents
  • Coordinate and support updates, releases, interfaces, and system modifications
  • Contribute to ERP implementations, migrations, rollouts, and other digitalization projects
  • Collaborate with business departments, external service providers, and software vendors
  • Create documentation and, where applicable, conduct user training
  • Depending on the position, take responsibility for subprojects or entire projects

Requirements:

  • Degree, vocational training, or equivalent qualification in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field
  • Professional experience in ERP administration, ERP consulting, application support, or ERP project environments
  • Experience with one or more ERP systems, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, proALPHA, abas, Infor, Sage, or comparable solutions
  • Understanding of business processes, for example in sales, procurement, logistics, production, finance, or controlling
  • Ideally, experience in ERP customization, process optimization, or the implementation and further development of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of interfaces, databases, reporting, or SQL is an advantage
  • Structured, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to work
  • Enjoyment of working with users and business departments
  • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the connection between IT and business processes
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Willingness to learn and become familiar with new systems and processes
