Job Description
ERP Business Analyst translating GWFG business processes into Canopy system rules for AspenView Technology Partners. Supporting configuration, validation, and collaboration with various engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Translate GWFG business processes into Canopy system rules, configurations, and workflows
- Ensure Canopy internal workflows meet both functional and security requirements
- Partner with the Enterprise Business Architect to gather, validate, and document requirements from client subject matter experts across finance, order management, warehouse/inventory, quality & compliance, and logistics domains
- Support configuration and validation of each delivery Drop, including GL mapping and AP/AR routing rules, customer- and item-specific pricing guardrails, lot traceability and shelf-life rotation parameters, and route/carrier data flows
- Participate in live demos at each Drop milestone to verify functionality in the staging sandbox and gain leadership alignment incrementally
- Collaborate with the Data Engineer and Senior Test/QA lead to confirm business rules are correctly reflected in migrated data and system behavior
- Support system and user acceptance testing and incorporate user feedback during the post-deployment review
- Document functional and role-based security requirements to support the Functional Application Analyst's access-control work
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Analyst on ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects; hands-on experience with Aspen Canopy is a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system configuration, rules, and workflows
- Working knowledge of ERP security models and role-based access concepts
- Exposure to food/beverage manufacturing or distribution processes (e.g., catch weight, lot traceability, shelf-life management, food safety compliance) is a plus
- Familiarity with iterative or continuous-delivery implementation methodologies preferred
- Strong stakeholder communication skills; comfortable leading and participating in requirements workshops, configuration reviews, and milestone demos
