Job Description
Gerente executivo liderando operações críticas da Orbitall Payments, empresa de soluções financeiras da Stefanini. Condução de escala, segurança, eficiência, transformação operacional e relacionamento com clientes estratégicos.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Orbitall Payments operation end to end, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, security, financial efficiency, governance, and customer experience
- Lead the Operations, Financial Reconciliation, Back Office, Customer Operations, Fraud Prevention, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) teams
- Monitor and ensure the availability, stability, and performance of operational and transactional environments in partnership with the Technology team
- Establish productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Develop automation and AI strategies to drive digitization, productivity, and scalability
- Manage budgets, operating costs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage operational risks, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Lead operational transformation and sustainable growth programs
- Ensure compliance with SLAs agreed upon with customers and partners
- Manage executive- and operational-level relationships with banks, fintechs, card networks, regulators, and strategic customers
- Work closely with Technology and Product teams to launch new solutions and enhance the platform
- Develop and strengthen a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer focus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Business, Technology, or a related field
- Executive experience in payments, merchant acquiring, card issuing, fintech, banking, or payment processing companies
- Experience with mission-critical, high-availability operations and high transaction volumes
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong track record in operational transformation and KPI-driven management
- Knowledge of processes related to card issuing, merchant acquiring, payment processing, and financial services
- Experience with BaaS, Banking, Core Banking, or digital financial solutions
- Knowledge of PCI DSS and industry regulatory standards
- Advanced English and Spanish
