Job Description
Pflegeberater:in im Außendienst für ARZcare, einem Dienstleister für Pflegeberatung und -schulungen. Beratung von Pflegebedürftigen und Angehörigen im Raum Stuttgart.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home-based consultation sessions with insured individuals and their relatives in accordance with Section 37(3) of Book XI of the German Social Code (SGB XI)
- Document consultation sessions, identify individual needs, and initiate appropriate follow-up measures
- Train family caregivers in accordance with Section 45 of SGB XI
- Advise people in need of care and their relatives in accordance with Section 7a of SGB XI
- Deliver product training and provide professional guidance to employees of various companies
- Support the design and creation of informational materials
- Establish and expand regional networks and partnerships
Requirements:
- Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, geriatric nurse, registered nurse, or comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience
- Including at least six months of experience in home healthcare
- Qualifications in the areas covered by Sections 45 and/or 7a of SGB XI, or willingness to obtain them
- Proficient use of MS Office and modern digital work tools
- Ability to share knowledge and support people
- Understanding of the emotional importance of home and its role in the context of care
- Strong communication skills to help people better reconcile work and caregiving responsibilities
- Willingness to travel throughout the region
- Class B driver's license
