Job Description
Part-time field representative conducting financed-asset inventory inspections for banks and finance companies. Verifying collateral, reconciling dealer records, and reporting findings across the Phoenix region.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile them to dealer records
- Communicate with dealer and home office personnel
- Verify collateral and assess condition
- Provide prompt and accurate reporting
- Schedule and route inspections for efficient completion within required timelines
- Use a company-supplied tablet PC while performing services
- Conduct inspections at business locations within a 100-mile radius
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule and availability during weekday business hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius
- Comfortable using mobile applications
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Possess a smartphone (Android or iOS)
- Knowledge of inventory finance, retail dealership operations, or floor plan financing is beneficial but not required
