Job Description
Field Service Developer enhancing efficiency of Field Service business at SCIEX by implementing CRM best practices. Focused on delivering an intuitive user experience across mobile and desktop platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and sustaining dependable real-time integration between our FSL and Oracle ERP systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize service workflows and tools
- Developing a field service management platform that exemplifies best-in-class standards for our users
Requirements:
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification
- At least 3 years of experience with FSL and Salesforce mobile platforms
- At least 3 years working with Field Service Lightning
- At least 3 years developing Webservice APIs
- At least 3 years in Lightning Web Component (LWC) development
- Platform User Experience Designer Certification (preferred)
- Service Cloud experience (preferred)
