Job Description
Remote finance consultant converting automotive sales and finance enquiries into pre-approved applications. Supporting Eagers Automotive dealerships with customer guidance, compliance and lender coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up sales and finance enquiries promptly, converting interest into applications
- Build trust over the phone, understand customer needs and explain suitable finance options
- Guide customers through applications and lender requirements towards pre-approval
- Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records
- Work with dealership teams and lenders to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Provide remote finance support and leave coverage across the dealership network
- Achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of service, responsible lending and compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in finance, lending or sales
- Exceptional phone skills
- Experience building rapport, handling objections and converting enquiries into applications
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems
- Ability to work independently from home while staying connected to dealerships, finance team and lenders
- Commitment to compliance and responsible lending
- Genuine customer focus
