Job Description
Financial Insights & Analytics Manager translating financial data into accessible insights and reporting for informed business decisions. Collaborating cross-functionally to improve analytics capabilities and empower stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Financial Insights & Analytics Manager whose primary focus is making financial data easier to access, understand, and act on across the organization.
- Building tools, reporting infrastructure, and automated analytics capabilities that empower business leaders.
- Deliver regular reporting on financial performance including KPIs, ARR, business cash flow, and revenue trends.
- Enable automated variance analysis and financial commentary.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks that make it easy to track performance against plan, forecast, and prior periods.
- Identify and remove friction points that prevent stakeholders from independently accessing financial data.
- Develop and maintain standardized data definitions and reporting templates.
- Build self-service analytics capabilities that shift the organization from ad hoc data requests to empowered, independent analysis.
- Lead the development and execution of an AI enabled analytics roadmap within FP&A.
- Monitor trends in financial analytics technology and translate them into practical recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5 or more years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of financial performance metrics including ARR, cash flow, and KPI frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and Accounting partners.
- Experience building reporting tools and self-service analytics capabilities that enable others to access and use data independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
