Job Description

First Officer supporting safe Part 135 aircraft operations for flyExclusive, a growing aviation company. Managing passenger service, crew coordination, and 100% travel while on rotation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pilot-in-Command in preparing for and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft
  • Conduct safe and efficient domestic flight operations under Part 135 regulations
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Adhere to all company procedures manuals
  • Maintain a current first-class medical certificate and notify the company of any condition that may impair flight duties
  • Maintain professionalism and coordinate and lead the crew
  • Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage storage
  • Conduct passenger briefings and respond to passenger requests and needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel 100% while on rotation

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135
  • Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations
  • Strong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills
  • Computer skills to operate word processing, email, web-based, and/or mobile device applications
  • Passionate attention to detail and ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
  • ATP complete
  • FAA First Class Medical
  • At least 2,000 hours total fixed-wing time
  • At least 200 hours multi-engine time
  • Valid passport
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot
  • Appropriate type rating
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check prior to employment
  • Subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing under FAA guidelines
  • Ability to see and hear clearly
  • Ability to climb, twist, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, move in tight quarters, and sit/stand/walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to regularly push/pull up to 70 pounds and lift/move up to 50 pounds
