Job Description
First Officer supporting safe Part 135 aircraft operations for flyExclusive, a growing aviation company. Managing passenger service, crew coordination, and 100% travel while on rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pilot-in-Command in preparing for and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft
- Conduct safe and efficient domestic flight operations under Part 135 regulations
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Adhere to all company procedures manuals
- Maintain a current first-class medical certificate and notify the company of any condition that may impair flight duties
- Maintain professionalism and coordinate and lead the crew
- Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage storage
- Conduct passenger briefings and respond to passenger requests and needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Travel 100% while on rotation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills
- Computer skills to operate word processing, email, web-based, and/or mobile device applications
- Passionate attention to detail and ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
- ATP complete
- FAA First Class Medical
- At least 2,000 hours total fixed-wing time
- At least 200 hours multi-engine time
- Valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot
- Appropriate type rating
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check prior to employment
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing under FAA guidelines
- Ability to see and hear clearly
- Ability to climb, twist, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, move in tight quarters, and sit/stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to regularly push/pull up to 70 pounds and lift/move up to 50 pounds
